At Masion de Monet Flowers, every arrangement is carefully prepared to ensure the highest quality and freshness.

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the flowers and packaging.

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement or another appropriate solution.

Refunds, when approved, will be processed through the original payment method.

We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect delivery information, an incorrect phone number, or the recipient being unavailable at the agreed delivery location.
