Terms of Service

By using the Masion de Monet Flowers website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

All products are subject to availability. Because flowers are natural products, the exact appearance, size, color, and availability of flowers may vary.

If a particular flower is unavailable, we may substitute it with another flower of similar value and style while maintaining the overall appearance and quality of the arrangement.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including the recipient's name, phone number, and delivery location.

Once an order has been confirmed, changes or cancellations may not be possible if preparation has already started.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including where inaccurate information has been provided or the requested product is unavailable.
